I founded Hourglass Leadership based on my passion for growing and developing leaders. I first discovered this passion while working as a minister in local churches, helping young people discover their potential and begin leading others. Then I transitioned to Chick-fil-A, where I led leadership development efforts for 6 years. In that time, I learned how important intentional development was and how powerful positive leadership can be.
